Request Return/Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1
Make the return/exchange fee payment. Please add "Return/Exchange Fees - Order FA1234IN" in the payment note section, replacing FA1234IN with your order number.
⚠️ Return/Exchange request will be rejected if fee payment for return/exchange is not made at the time of reviewing the request.

Once payment is complete, go to our portal using the button below and follow the instructions to submit your request.
Go to Returns & Exchanges Portal⚠️ NOTE: If you did not provide an email when placing your order, please use the 10-digit phone number you entered instead while searching your order on the portal.
