Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Returns will be accepted only if the delivered product is damaged and will be refunded back to card/bank or store credit (refund mode is at the discretion of Faultline Apparel and is on a case-by-case basis.
For sizing/fit issues, we will arrange for an exchange of the product for your new selected size. However, we advise carefully referring to the Size Chart for any product before purchasing to get the best fit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange request, please proceed to our Returns/Exchange Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll raise a pickup request and the product will be picked up from your delivery address.
Returns & exchanges that are not due to quality issues or damage, but still approved, are chargeable basis prevailing shipping rates as follows:

We do not accept cancellations/returns due to change of mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on our products in case of wrong/defective item(s) or due to fit issues.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via card/bank or store credit within 10 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and no refund has been issued, please contact us at support@faultlineapparel.in with CC: founder@faultlineapparel.in.
