Shipping policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at faultlineapparel.in. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on support@faultlineapparel.in.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout:

Standard Shipping – Free

Dispatched via surface transport. Estimated delivery in 7–10 business days from order confirmation.

Express Shipping – ₹75 (1–2 items) / ₹115 (3 items) / ₹145 (4 items)

Shipped by air. Estimated delivery in 4–6 business days from order confirmation.

Primo Shipping – ₹135 (1 item) / ₹185 (2 items) / ₹270 (3 items) / ₹350 (4 items)

Dispatched the next business day, shipped by air. Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Cutoff for next-day dispatch is 1 PM. 

Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays not included. 

Order Processing Time

All orders (expect Primo) placed before 1 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within T+2 days, all orders placed after will be dispatched by T+3 days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. Delivery times will be dependent on the shipping method chosen. However, these timelines are indicative only and mentioned on a best-effort basis. Operational issues or logistics issues may lead to some delays occasionally. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
